RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied and you have provided suitable reasons for a return request we will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise assuming it is not for the following reasons:

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof. Note that edmond and co. may ask for more information or evidence to support your request. If this is the case, you the Customer, must provide that information within 48 hours of the written request. Further, the merchandise must be:

- in saleable condition;

- unused with all original packaging; returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);

- not subject to the exclusions listed below; and

- the exchange is sought within 14 days of receiving your purchase and returned within 10 business days of receiving confirmation of your return request being eligible.

It Was Not What You Expected

If it is obvious that the merchandise does not match the product description and pictures provided then it will be considered for Refund. However, if the merchandise is as described in the product description which includes pictures, sizing, and other pertinent details then it is not eligible for Refund. Similar to "Change of Mind" special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of such circumstances as well as meet the below requirements.

Returns must be received within 10 business days from the time of the request being accepted.  To be eligible for return, the merchandise must meet the below requirements.

  1. The request is within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  3. The merchandise must have all tags attached (and returned in original product packaging).
  4. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

If refund is required it will be made through the original payment provider.  Once the return is processed, a refund for the merchandise amount will be issued.  We cannot refund shipping charges.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Damaged or defective merchandise must adhere to the return policy requirements.  In addition, we ask that you send clear photos of the damage/defect in question.

If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label to Return. Please do not ship prior to receiving approval (of damaged or defective item(s)) and receiving the prepaid shipping label. Doing so will be at your own cost.

If the merchandise is to be returned because of damage or a defect and a prepaid shipping label has been issued the tracking must show a time stamp of the merchandise being dropped off with said logistics carrier within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Failure to do so will result in store credit being the only recourse we can offer rather than a refund.

 

SALE ITEMS

All items bought on sale are considered FINAL sale and are not eligible for return.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

GIFTS

If you received an item from edmond and co. as a gift and it meets the return policy requirements, you can return it in exchange it for store credit. 

 

RETURNS

Store credit is not available under the following circumstances:

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

- If we have already processed your order for shipping and it is has been sent.

- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of edmond and co. (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of edmond and co.

Please note that by purchasing from our store you solemnly AGREE to our returns policy.

 

HOW TO COMPLETE THE RETURN

Please remember returns will only be approved if requested within 14 days of the order’s arrival. 

You must email us at help@edmondandco.com to request a return.  Please include your full name and order # with the request (please also include your order # in the “subject” of your email).

Once the return is confirmed, you must ship the return using a trackable method of your choice.

 

Instructions for Returning the Merchandise: 

  1. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  2. Please package the merchandise in question securely.
  3. If using original postal packaging or recycling packaging from other purchases, please cover or remove any original mailing address labels and carrier barcodes.
  4. Address your return to:

  1. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Please keep the tracking details for your records as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. 
  2. Please email edmond and co. (preferably the original Returns email correspondence) a copy of the tracking details.
